Review: Amazing stuff! - I started taking this for a suspected candida overgrowth which I think may be causing my histamine sensitivity. I have only been taking it for about a week and it takes a lot longer than that for candida to be dealt with so my results regarding that can wait, but in the past week, I noticed some other benefits that I wasn’t expecting. I had a fungal toenail infection for years and hadn’t really dealt with it so it had been growing gradually bigger under my big toes. It didn’t occur to me that the oregano oil would help this at all. Well I noticed one night after a dose of the oil that my toes were really itchy. At this point I hadn’t looked at my toes in ages. So the next morning I thought I’d check my toes and the fungal infections had gone, just completely gone! I couldn’t believe it. I also have noticed that my hair doesn’t get greasy so quickly and my hair just seems generally thicker and healthier. I used to have to wash my hair every day. I have a problem with hair loss and breakage due to the stress on my adrenal glands from poor nutrition and digestive issues, so it’s been very thin lately, but today after washing it felt so thick and not so dry and straw like. It didn’t lie flat to my head, it actually had some volume. I use it as a mouthwash too which definitely keep my breath fresher for longer and feels good after using. A: Not sure I quite understand what your asking. This can be used as a mouthwash 10 drops in a half glass of water. Can be used topically direct on to skin. And can be ingested by adding drops to a liquid (not hot liquid)

**Q: How is this water soluble when others are not? The blurb specifies a "unique formula" but a pure oil should not need any formulation. Is this diluted?**
A: Good question. I put a few drops into warm water, stir and it seems to mix well into a cloudy formula.

I already use another brand of oregano oil for internal use but I was pleasantly surprised to find one that was water soluble. I mainly use as a nasal spray and it fixes my hayfever in seconds! I only use a couple of drops with in some water and pour it into an empty nasal spray bottle.
