**Q: Please confirm if this product includes 75 packets and per packet for 10.75g**
A: My dad used to use this.  He liked the result.  75 packets with 10.75 grams is correct.

**Q: There are No instructions in English on this packet.!!  How are we supposed to take it?**
A: You should contact your seller for assistance or just google the instructions

**Q: Does this have probiotics?**
A: I looked at the package, and do not see any obvious probiotics. The ingredients on the package are:  Banana flakes, Bimuno (trans-galactooligosaccharides, lactose, glucose, galactose).  Contains milk.  Gluten free.  Low in Lactose: 0.27 g/packet.
