Quality product. Reasonable price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ An OK Home Workout Bench *by B***L on August 17, 2020* I bought this bench because of Covid19 since gym is unsafe/close. Obviously this isn't a bench for the pro who carry super heavy weight. But it works OK for average weight lifter at home. I am thinking to give this a 3 stars, but because of their exceptional after sales customer service, i am adding 1 star back to my review. There are few things to share : 1) when you get the bench, the assembly instruction isn't super clear. Just make sure that when you open up the package, you will find 2 silver pins (1 short and 1 long). Be sure to insert the long one in one of the hole underneath the seat, this will ensure that the bench won't close up when you are on heavy lifting. The short one goes into the back support piece, make sure you insert the short one into the "many holes" when you are doing incline, so to make sure that back support piece won't move out of the section. 2) the bench itself isn't too sturdy, it wobbles. It's not too much though, but becasue of the super light weigth material, it makes the chair wobble more easily than other better, heavier, more expensive bench. (you pay for what you got). But it won't throw you off balance, just make sure you keep this in mind and not to swing a super heavy 75lbs dumbbells bench press, i got caught surprise once and almost off balance, luckily i am experience enough to rebalance both the 75lbs and not fall. 3) it's not a very long bench. So for tall person, this might be an issue. I am about 180cm height, and when i am doing incline bench press with the bench on V shape, I always have to adjust my head make sure it's toughing the edge of the back support piece. Lastly i will say this, if you are only an average weight lifter and won't go super heavy and experience enough to use bodybuilding equipments, this is a good buy.
