I repeated the application every three days for two weeks and once a week for two more weeks. The effect was immediate; there was an end to the dog/fox fouling after the first application. Now, five weeks later, there is still no fouling. The crystals give a reassuring and pleasant aroma. The reason I have not given a fifth star is that the crystals are difficult to spread, tending to be emitted in clumps, some of which are quite large.
