They're probably not the most durable, but these will offer you ease and freedom of movement due to their slight weight. The side zipper is also a great feature for utility - it moves easily and doesn't get stuck or caught frequently like the smaller zippers on most side zip boots made nowadays, and the zipper itself is large and stout. Review: Comfortable, Great Support and quality! - Very well made and very comfortable. I will up date if the fail in the near future , but I don’t see that happening. These boots grip great! I live in the country and wear them everyday. They are comfortable and give my feet relief Well worth the money. Just bought another pair of these boots. There was nothing wrong with the ones I had bought in October. I wore them everyday, and the place I live in a area that has a lot of small mountains and hills. I also worked on them and my 1/4 mile down hill drive way requires a lot of shovel and wheel barrel work. And the boots never let me down not once. I love these boot and will buy them as long as they sell them. Thank you Altima for making a damn good pair of high quality boots that are affordable. No one gave me a coupon or discount to leave a positive review. I did this because they deserve it. ## Features - DURABLE CONSTRUCTION - The upper of the Altama Vengeance SR Side-Zip Boots combines full-grain leather in high-wear areas with durable nylon mesh; This hybrid build offers exceptional abrasion resistance and long-lasting durability where it's needed most - LIGHTWEIGHT COMFORT - A custom-molded Phylon EVA midsole of these unisex boots provides a perfect balance of cradled support and significant weight reduction; This is complemented by a removable EVA insole with a PORON heel pad for enhanced, long-lasting cushioning underfoot - ADVANCED CLIMATE MANAGEMENT - With the Altama boots, your foot's environment is regulated by a moisture-wicking air mesh lining that pulls sweat away; This is enhanced with built-in AEGIS protection, promoting a fresher boot interior mission after mission - PRACTICAL FEATURES - The carbon rubber outsole exceeds ASTM standards for slip resistance, providing reliable grip on various surfaces; Practical elements of these military boots include a gusseted tongue, polymer speed lace eyelets, and a nylon shank for protection & quick micro-adjustments - RAPID-RESPONSE DESIGN - Engineered for swift deployment, the tactical shoes for men & women prioritize speed and readiness; The cornerstone is the heavy-duty YKK Vislon side zipper, secured with a hook-and-loop tab, enabling you to get into your gear and into action almost instantly ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B015DS9DC4 | | Best Sellers Rank | #691,856 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #340 in Men's Military & Tactical Boots #515,539 in Women's Fashion | | Boot Form Type | Combat | | Boot Shaft Height | 8 | | Brand | Altama | | Closure Type | Lace-Up | | Color | Tan | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 139 Reviews | | Embellishment Feature | Zipper | | Heel Type | Flat | | Insole Material | Ethylene Vinyl Acetate | | Item Type Name | Vengeance SR 8" Side-Zip | | Item Weight | 3.52 ounces | | Manufacturer | Altama | | Material Fabric | Plastic | | Model Name | Military | | Occasion | work | | Outer Material | Leather, Nylon, Rubber | | Pattern | Solid | | Seasons | Fall | | Shoe Height Map | Mid-Calf | | Sole Material | Rubber | | Style Name | Military | | Style Number | 305302 | | Toe Style | Round Toe | | UPC | 805619487071 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | | lining-description | Leather | ## Images ![Altama Unisex Vengeance SR 8" Side-Zip Lightweight Leather Boots - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71PTAtTuq1L.jpg) ![Altama Unisex Vengeance SR 8" Side-Zip Lightweight Leather Boots - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71sF5YwJfgL.jpg) ![Altama Unisex Vengeance SR 8" Side-Zip Lightweight Leather Boots - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/616vq6vGxoL.jpg) ![Altama Unisex Vengeance SR 8" Side-Zip Lightweight Leather Boots - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/711wtvYS47L.jpg) ![Altama Unisex Vengeance SR 8" Side-Zip Lightweight Leather Boots - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71vtKujYSzL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Do these boots run big, small or just right?
