I even thought I might have to return them as I believed they would be too hard on my extremely tender left plantar arch (I ruptured the PF ligament, and sprained my big toe!), but surprisingly, not only they did not hurt, but, after a while of walking in them, I had the agreeable feeling that my feet were getting pleasantly massaged! I also thought they would be cold because the inner sole was leather, but there again, my negative expectations proved unfounded! So now, two weeks down the line, my feet have become perfectly happy in what are presently my most favourite slippers ever! I do find them somewhat not very feminine in shape, but hey, their cosiness and comfort make up for the slightly less than stylish design..
