The lotion is nice, gentle and a good consistency. However, there is something wrong with the Moisturizing Cream. It came with an abnormally stiff consistency. It is difficult to get it out of the tub, let alone rub it into skin. It also came with many oxygen bubbles on the surface, leading me to believe that it is either old or even expired. I would like to return it but I don't believe I can since it was purchased in a pack of three products.
