By the second month I had dropped a total of 40 lbs and maintained for 7 months. At 185 lbs, I was feeling healthier, but I went back on a bad diet and couldn't find this product and gained back 10 pounds. Almost devastated, I went back on the diet and ultimately trained my self to eat healthy and committed to exercising faithfully everyday. I would lose a pound, gain 2, lose 2, gain 3. When I found this product again I almost cried, however I have lost that 10 pounds and with the good diet and exercise this weight lost was better then the first one because my body began to form my curves and I was getting my flat belly back. I am 45 years young now with no health issues, no side effects (except for dry mouth), but it really curbs your appetite and flushes your system. please follow the instructions carefully and if you cant follow the diet please eat healthy and exercise regularly and you will see results. My exercise routine was simple 20 squats, 20 sit ups, 20 leg lifts, twice a day everyday, park a block away from stores, work, and home, I've increased my exercise to 40 each twice a day now, its about consistency and commitment to achieve results. I have been using them for about a month. One caution, no instrutctions come with it and a person using these items must definitely use them correctly to get the benefits and not suffer any risk of problems due to misuse. I have always been interested in crystals and stones for their energetic properties and the benefits they can assist us with. In this particular instant my knowledge was somewhat lacking but, I did copy the information offered from the advertisement just so I would be using it properly and not be at risk. After having tried the recommended way of using these stones (Start with 3-5 minutes twice a day) then work up to 10 to 15 minutes. I do this about every 3 days as suggested. I do feel the energy build up within my body. And I did stay within the recommended time constraints advised. If you have heart problems or high blood pressure, I do recommend extreme caution! The shungite stone is the dark black stone (keep it in your left hand). The Tulikivi was much darker than the picture suggests but, did have a different texture and white veins running through it (keep it in your right hand). I feel the product should have intructions come with it. It is not going to knock you off your feet but, if you are sensitive to energy flow within your body like a lot of reiki or healing practioners are you will feel the boost it gives you. If you are not, then you may feel nothing at all or perhaps you will. They are round not oval in diameter but fit comfortably in the hand. If you do get these, do rate them and share your personal experience you may discover or notice something that I did not. After seeing and playing the SK1 the first time and then seeing one of my favorite organ players Jim Alfredson convert to an SK, I ordered mine with a great price on Amazon. afer 2 weeks of dialing and tinkering, this NE2 was sold and this has been my primary inst since! Great organs reat drawbar control that is much more acurate than the VK or Nord controls in my opinion and despite some negative comments out there i use the extra voice sections quite alot especially in a church venue where I play alot of piano or wurly and use my volume pedal to contol the organ exclusively which allows great swell ins on top of the mostly piano performance.
