I have had to reattach the sisal with a hot glue gun, and the carpet comes out in pieces that has a stiff backing, which my kitties like to eat! Fortunately I have a contractor working on my house and he was able to secure the top by use of nail gun through the top of the platform to the post without any nails showing. Also, the carpet wrap should of been applied tighter in a few areas. Workers need to have more pride in their workmanship. Our two cats absolutely enjoy their new cat tree and I hope it last a long time.
