## Features

- FLAVOUR: A WONDERFUL FRUITY CREAMINESS WITH A VERY MILD EUCALYPTUS/MENTHOL AFTERTASTE
- 100% RAW, COLD PRESSED, UNPASTEURISED No heat used and only put through a coarse filter to take out bits of hive debris - leaving all the good bits in. Pollen, propolis fragments, bits of bees wax and often royal jelly.
- CERTIFIED ORGANIC BY THE EU & SOIL ASSOCIATION. This honey is produced to standards which are monitored via unannounced visits from the certifier. Also, the honey is tested to ensure no sugar feeding or pesticide contamination. Produced in wild & remote places away from crop spraying and pollution.
- WHERE'S IT FROM? THIS EUCALYPTUS HONEY IS CREATED IN DE COIMBRA, PORTUGAL. A place free of pesticides and herbicides - and far from pollution.
- TRACEABLE TO SOURCE. Each jar can be traced back to the group of hives it came from.
- THE BEEKEEPER IS A PIONEER OF ORGANIC BEEKEEPING IN SPAIN. Antonio Simon is Spain's top organic beekeeper - who has introduced a whole generation to organic beekeeping.
- RAW HONEY NATURALLY CRYSTALLISES OVER TIME. If yours has crystalised and you prefer it runny, place it on a radiator and drape a tea towel over it. Leave it overnight. The heat will not damage the honey, the important thing is that you don't heat the honey beyond 40 degrees (the hive can get this hot in Summer). If the radiators are very hot then a thin book under the jars to shield them from direct heat. It can take up to two days to fully liquify.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best healthy and tasty honey!
*by M***D on 14 August 2024*

I have been purchasing Antonio's certified organic raw honey for more than two years. I have tried all different flavour and honestly i can say this honey is one of the most healthy and tasty honey i have ever taken. I mix 1 teaspoon honey with a cup of hot water and drink every morning and take 1 teaspoon before going bed. Add in dessert rather than sugar. Take it with tea, coffee etc. Absolutely brilliant.
