The sizes (width x length) and (quantities, color) included: 5x300mm (20, white); 5x250mm (200, black); 3x200mm (20, white); 3x150mm (20, white); and 3x100mm (400, black). In addition to the zip ties, included were 10 black and 10 white adhesive-backed square plastic attachments, two keychain fobs, and ten rubber bands. The adhesive-backed attachment can be stuck to a wall, for example, and a zip tie threaded through it to hold, say, cables to the wall.
