I am planning an across country move and decided that I'd need to get a cover for the bed of the truck to keep the elements out. I researched quite a few and settled on the TonnSport Roll-Up Cover for my long bed based on price and some positive reviews. The shipment came quickly in a long narrow box. All the parts were included in the box. As I read the instructions, I noticed that I'd need a #30 Torx driver to remove the bolts holding the cargo rails. I didn't have one so it was off to the 'big box' home center.Removal of the cargo rails was easy; putting the cover's rails on was a bit of a trick. The truck's supplied cargo rails are fitted on the outside of the cover's rail system and plastic spacers are provided that go between the cover's rail system and the box wall. I was able to accomplish this by myself though it was like wrestling an alligator. I'd recommend at least an extra pair of hands. The only con I have is that instead of using #30 Torx headed bolts for the rail system, Allen head bolts are used. Minor gripe but still a gripe.The cover assembly went on very easily and works great. I noticed a couple of openings toward the front of the box behind the cab but they're very small and can be easily plugged. I installed the cover outside in 34F weather and the cover stayed very flexible. The entire install took me about 2.5 hours.The installed tonneau cover looks great on the truck! I'm very happy with it.Update April 2012:The cover is holding up very well but I recently discovered that I can no longer use Toyota's cargo rail system to tie down and secure articles in the truck's bed. It has a nice low profile, it seals up good (velcro), and looks good.
