Review: Good company - Ok I’m giving 5 stars across the board solely based on this company’s customer service. Long story short as possible: my daughter originally wanted these to make fluffy Japanese pancakes. They did not work for her, but I wasn’t home, I’m not sure if there’s some trick to it she didn’t know, we will try again. But it just occurred to me, maybe if we dip the ring in the batter, set it on the griddle, let it cook for a few seconds then fill it with batter.... But before that even, I made a mistake and thought I had the wrong product so I requested an exchange. My daughters discovered that I was wrong so I tried to email the company to cancel the exchange but here it is only 2 days later, I received another set so either they shipped it in that two hour time frame or didn’t get the message. Maybe I’m easily impressed, but that was amazing to me lol But I’m going to return it because we just don’t need that many. Otherwise they seem to be good quality and even if they don’t work for the pancakes, I see a lot of sliders in our future, and both my girls like to bake so I’m betting we can find a lot of good uses for these. My youngest also said she’d like heart shaped ones so I’m already thinking of ordering them for her for Christmas. Definitely recommend this company and I’ll update if we make the fluffy pancakes work.

Ok I’m giving 5 stars across the board solely based on this company’s customer service. Long story short as possible: my daughter originally wanted these to make fluffy Japanese pancakes. They did not work for her, but I wasn’t home, I’m not sure if there’s some trick to it she didn’t know, we will try again. But it just occurred to me, maybe if we dip the ring in the batter, set it on the griddle, let it cook for a few seconds then fill it with batter.... They seem to be made of solid and strong material but not even one of the rings is perfectly round. They're all just slightly wonky with gaps at the edge.
