You have a beautiful espresso and hit it with a shot of hot water. If you don’t like your coffee black, you steam the milk. In the end you’ll have a rich, robust cup of coffee much better than any drip. I love a variety of coffee styles, drip, French Press, espresso. This machine can make a comparable cup for all except for French Press. **Q: The breville website states that the duo temp pro comes with some accessories including a stainless steel milk jug. do this one include it?** A: Yes.We ended up getting a larger jug for super sized capuccinos.BTW.... make sure that you get a newer model.... the older ones have a lousy PID control such that the brew temp is never up to standard. We ignorantly bought an older model and never got the "promised" 93C brew temp. Just between 77C and 81C with lots of coaxing and preheating and purging. The repair shop said they can't fix it. But the newer ones secretly have resolved this temperature problem - without admitting that there ever was one. **Q: I can't get it to make crema as my DeLonghi did. Any suggestions?** A: Ours Breville certainly makes great crema because of its 1600 watt heater. Much better than our 2 different Delonghi models that we gave away. Also much better than the 1000 watt Breville machine that our friend has. Get it fixed by Breville.
