Comes with headphones, usb cable, a soft case, screen protector and also has a small speaker on the back if you want to listen directly from the player. It's easy to use, with Album, Artist or File view, plus playlists. Accepts MP3, WMA (standard) and FLAC file formats. WMA lossless doesn't work, but FLAC is smaller and sounds great so that's fine. I haven't tried any others.
