Except, that is, to return them if you can't give them a 5-star review. Seriously. There was a small manufacturing defect that would have rendered them unusable had my husband not had the epoxy glue to properly re-secure the telescoping mechanism inside one of the pole segments. The repaired poles work fine, but I would not recommend the goods of any company so arrogant and oblivious of the hassle of returning something. REVISION: after only a few uses, the repair we made didn't hold.
