(Spoiler: everything) The headphones I have are the Bose Soundlink 2 headphones and these ear cups are seriously like I bought a new pair. I've been using these headphones for the better part of 2 years now and Arizona weather and heat has not been kind to these but they still work! The cushions themselves are nice and plump to the touch, same feeling foux leather that the original ear cups were made of. They have a nice seel for ambient noise cancelation and are really comfortable to wear. The installation process was as simple as watching a 2 minute video on YouTube and installing them in about the same time. The kit comes with the inner ear padding with 3M double sided tape to adhere them to the inside and the cups themselves clip right into place using the little tabs that hold them in place. The only improvement I could think of would be to make the inner ear pads a slightly smaller cut maybe by about 1mm so it fits better inside and a slightly larger cut out for the notch on the side, although this is a "one size fits all" type of situation covering most older model bose headphones so can't complain at all.
