My son loves them and I love the messages behind the books. I have several of the How to Train Your Dragon books and read one nightly to my 4 year old son. Its a little more advanced than what my 4 year old needs, though he still enjoys them and has invested himself in Diggory Doo and Drew's lessons. My son is an only child and hasn't had the best socialization with others his age, so he is socially awkward and pretty self centered. This book helped my son see that how we treat others is important if we want to make friends and stay friends.
