I think this is typical of a transformer at this price point. **Q: This item I purchased just quit working. How do I get a replacement.** A: First, click on your order on Amazon.com and look at your options. **Q: How do you mount the 3tran to a junction box? it has a weird set up** A: You will need a metal plate with a center hole large enough for the attachment to pass through. First attach the transformer to the plate, wire the transformer to the power, then screw the plate with transformer on to the junction box. They sell these plates at hardware stores.
