I take a 40 or 41 and I bought 40/41. Yes, my feet fit in but only if you stand still. If you walk you end up with your heel slightly hanging out. The insides are also very slippery as it is low quality synthetic sheepskin. I expect that it'll get better as they flatten. I am not going to wear them on the stairs as they are far too dangerous. Seems a bit silly to take your slippers off to walk about but that seems the only solution.Update: After wearing them for an hour or so they are completely flat. You can even feel the grout lines between the kitchen tiles. The "fur" inside is completely flat so less slippery and my feet fit in a bit further.
