Awesome knife . shipped fast . Insanity sharp. I love Global Knives.
I love Global Knives. This knife came super fast and is insanely sharp. The handle is different from my other globals and will take some time to get used to it . Overall it is a great knife that will last a very long time if it is taken care of.

Unique handle, but sharp knife
The hand is a lot less bulky than my other chef's knives, like Shun or Wusthoff. The blade is sharp and amazing, but the handle will take some getting used to.

Well made and sharp
One of the best knives Iโve used. Lots of pricey hefts use these. Cuts great. Just watch your fingers itโs sharp.

Beautiful and very capable but not for me
Absolutely beautiful knife I ordered because I wanted another all-around night to go with my global sai 7.5 in chef knife but the Yukon is too light for my taste it seems I need to stick with wusthof or the sai collection just bought the flexible utility for more specialty meats will be buying more global in the future of course
