My suggestion is that you either eat the honey & not worry about the container, or don't eat the honey. The answer is really not as relevant to your overall heath as you think it is. Unless you digest all of your meals from contaminated containers, your health is not in jeopardy. I find stress & worry about such things to be just even more damaging to ones health as what we are actually worried about. **Q: How do you remove the foil inside the can so you can get to the honey??** A: Good question. I would look for a foil tab, or if there isn't one, use a knife to cut the foil and peel it back. Be careful when playing with any kind of thick aluminum though- very sharp! Once you get passed the foil, the honey inside is so thick and fragrant!
