A: You can use it anywhere it’s like a lotion. You do want your skin to be clean so that it can absorb the product first. I would even wipe the area with warm water before applying it more than once a day.

I thought it was going to be a waste of money but it is so good. I had a c-section so it is taking me a little longer to loose my muffin top. This has helped my belly go down a lot. My waist is even curving before my belly was round. Honestly I’m addicted to the cream I used it everyday. I rub it on my stomach then massage it in. Put cling wrap on as if the cream is a wrap, then put on my waist trainer.
