A: Hi and thank you for the question! Wall hangers are mounted on the back of the dispenser and anchors and screws are included.

**Q: Hey, mine won’t dispense from the bottom properly. Using with the suggested towels.  Any tips or should I return it????**
A: Don’t overfill. I use Scott trifold with no problems.

**Q: Which folded bulk paper towels fit well in this dispenser?**
A: Common C- fold towels fit

**Q: Paper doesn’t come out smoothly. i want to see the paper stack, so can’t use the kleenex boxed ones. please provide info or i’ll need to return both?**
A: I use the Scott trifold towels, wall mounted, with no problem. Don’t overfill.
