I know it has only three pins? Should I choose dc in bios or pwm?** A: 3 pin is DC. So set that in BIOS and your motherboard should use the 3rd pin to know the RPM of the fan and change the voltage up and down to control the speed. If it's set to PWM on a 3 pin fan it will just get stuck at full speed. **Q: Do you get the screws with it?** A: Your case should come with fan screws. **Q: does the screws come with this product?** A: Yes. I cant say much on cooling as I have them under my gpu, so my main case fans do most of the work. They seem quite efficient so far and are very nicely designed, all though the other side which is flipped to use for an intake fan is sort of ugly so maybe invest in reverse blade fans, apart from thst they are good.
