Banding solution is used to bind capsule shells together so that the liquid doesn't leak. It's impossible to manufacture an HPMC capsule without using alcohol. However, Isopropyl alcohol is toxic only in large quantity. But if still you don't want to ingest it then consume the oil & discard the capsule shell, i.e., don't swallow the capsule at all. I am not giving a five star rating because the seller is hiding this information on Amazon that he is using Isopropyl alcohol. You only get to know it when you receive the package. When you use hand sanitizer then your skin absorbs Isopropyl alcohol which reaches your blood but still you are never afraid to use hand sanitizer.
