I have good quality hifi equipment and it's a hobby of mine, so I think I know good sound quality when I hear it. The Steljes NS3 were a bit of an unknown to me but fortunately positive Amazon reviews as well as research online helped make my mind up. I already had a DAC (Dragonfly Red) so saving some money at £199 was helpful. The sound is phenomenal for the price. The speakers have punchy, solid bass and clear mids.The sound improves after about fours days use too. I was a bit concerned about the sharp treble initially but things smoothed off after a while. I like all sorts of music but these speakers are fantastic with dance, soul, funk music. It's really nice that the company include all the cables you need and no complaints at the price.However when I tried some hifi cable which I already had (QED Qunex 2 and Silver Anniversary speaker cable) the sound exploded to another level. I was very surprised myself but the increase in sound quality was a pleasant bonus considering I had not spent any more money.The depth to bass and treble extension was amazing. This shows that this is a decent set of speakers out of the box but if you fancy upgrading the sound -it can be done without much outlay. It would have been five stars for sound but I wanted to make the point that you can get more out of these little units. Finish and remote are excellent too and it's a UK manufacturer. Happy with purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Updated: Looks great but buzzing speakers!!! *by M*** on 8 May 2019* Speakers looks and sounds great, BUT there is one big disappointment, because of buzzing! No matter if i connect some device on input, if is volume up or down, if you change power cable, change place or socket, still buzzing. I would expect more. Unfortunatelly, I cannot compliant here (czech republic) because Steljes has no offcial representation here :-(UPDATEI sent speakers back, Steljes expression is, that this is feature.What I really appreciate is great support from Moman. They contacted me and proposed best way, how to solve this problem. They communicated with Steljes company and processed all necessary things. They also refund shipping fee, I didnt have any additional expenses. I use them for desktop music and gaming via my PC, plus random other things whilst I work from home. My old faithful Logitech Z10's finally died, so have been looking for a replacement with more connectivity.I've seen a few notes that these speakers are over bright with the treble. Not in my case, I mean I like high levels of treble - but these are spot on. Bass is great - and a good range of mid tones as well. Sound is warm. I'm no audiophile, I mostly listen via Spotify and MP3 - and these are perfect, I do like reasonable quality when listening to music. Gaming? Good separation - as expected, I play FPS and flight sims, easy to track what's going on. Bluetooth works perfectly with my Samsung.The remote unit is well made, metal, and clear to use. As a note, the speakers are quite weighty - which in my view is a good thing, being powered; but just for your info. The right speaker is the one with all the connections - so make sure you place it correctly when setting up - unlike me, which meant I had to swap everything around :) The banana clip screws are set tight out of the box, make sure you use the right size screwdriver, otherwise you'll strip the head.
