Review: So good! - The best hot fudge I’ve tried - and it doesn’t have a bunch or ultra processed ingredients! I like this better than the “Sunday Night” brand - the chocolate flavor is better IMO. Super expensive, but worth it! You definitely have to heat it as it’s super thick when room temp or cold.

I read about Coop's in one of those 'Buzzfeed - I tried 7 jars of hot sauce and these are the best'. So I tried it. It's very thick, you heat it in the microwave and stir it up so the consistency is thinner, then spoon it onto your ice cream. It has excellent fudge flavor. As it hits the ice cream, it thickens up again and is just so dang good. My friend piled his ice cream with it and was so enamoured with the thick fudge stuck to the bowl so that he had to scrape it with his spoon - the ridiculous way he hovered over his bowl scraping and sucking on that spoon - hilarious. Anyway, in the Buzzfeed article, this came in second - no, it should have been first. I tried the first and while it had good flavor, it definitely wasn't better than Coops.
