It has thin hollow plastic housing and gears barely work and feel like they’ll break at any moment. The eye piece wasn’t centered properly and you couldn’t even see though it. I don’t think the mirror were even aligned. It was a novelty at best would make a great lab gag gift. I was to disappointing to let my 4 year old try. Back in the box and returned it.
