Also good throughout the day as a pick me up! I love the taste, it's tart and and doesn't taste like artificial sweeteners which are an automatic no for my taste buds. It's clean energy, no jitters, no buzzing, no crash and I use it to boost me up for the gym, especially on 4:30 am days.
