The linguine concerns me** A: It is NOT gluten free. If you look at the picture of the ingredients, the linguine is semolina (wheat) pasta. This should not say "gluten free" in the description at all. **Q: Enough for 2?** A: You have to make the entire bag (2 servings) at one time, so it's best to have someone to help you eat it, if you are going to use the entire sauce packet. I, personally, couldn't eat all of that sauce, they provide twice as much as you need. There are only about 14 shrimp. This is VERY HIGH in sodium, but most of the sodium is from the sauce packet. It's 830 mg. sodium per serving (most is this is from the sauce.) This is a good lunch portion. It is very easy to prepare, but I would recommend using a non-stick sautΓ© pan and a little more water ( 2-3 tablespoons) than directions call for as the coiled pasta is barely in the water and needed lots of prodding with a fork to separate and cook evenly. There was a kind of bitterness to the sauce and the fragrance of garlic but not so much to taste. I added a little crushed garlic from a jar and some White Resiling wine when the shrimp were almost done which considerably improved the flavor but something was still not quite right. It seemed to lack smoothness so I added a bit of heavy cream which took away the slight bitter taste and brought all the flavors together for a pretty good Scampi. Nice white, very big, tender shrimp. Served myself half with a Romaine salad and slices of French baguette bread. Reheated the rest a few days later in the microwave oven. The Scampi was still very good and the shrimp remained tender.
