**Q: My attic ladder has three folds and is 15" total height folded. The depth of the ladder opening is 6". Will this product fit?**
A: You opening and ladder folds sound standard.  This product should fit.  I was extremely pleased with mine.  Suggest you buy an electric staple gun as you will be using a lot of staples.

**Q: The actual opening of our attic hatch is 20.5 by 28 inches. Will this work?**
A: This product is designed for a larger opening, 25 X 54. It can be stapled to the wood frame that surrounds drop down stairs.

Amazon has an R-20 Attic Hatch Insulation Cover that looks like it can be trimmed to do what you want. Look at Energy Guardian HU1-20-10A. 

I’ve neither seen nor used this product, but I would give it a try. Attic hatches are literally radiant ceiling heaters all summer long.
