I was on my phone constantly- taking pictures, video, Google maps always running- and if it weren't for this power bank, I would have been screwed so many times. I could keep it and my phone in my back pocket to charge using the cable attached to the bank. I also used it to charge my juul at the same time while sitting down for a break. It holds it's charge for a long time- it never even came close to losing life despite me using it constantly during the day. I highly recommend this, and it's size and weight were perfect for me. It doesn’t seem to have a power button, and only turns on when it’s moved. It has held a charge for a couple of weeks and only went down about 15% while not using it. It charged my iPhone from 19% to full in about an hour and a half or so, and used up about 25% for the charge.
