I bought it for the 3 in 1 feature but I must say the biggest benefit was the extra bottom piece that folds down to extend the bottom bracket. This let me lift and move big, heavy boxes with ease. It was especially helpful with moving plastic tubs. It even worked well going across my lawn to get to the moving truck. It comes fully assembled right out of the box - ready to use. Well constructed and easy to use! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving a lot of boxes

**Q: Are the tires replaceable?**
A: The tires are not replaceable. They are hard tires but the wheel tire assembly are easily available. This truck has worked great and I don't see any need to change the tires in the near future.

**Q: can i replace the wheels with better 10 inch diameter and 3 inch Width ones? mine came broken, what a joke!**
A: Mine just arrived.  You can definitely replace them with 8 inch wheels.  Harbor Freight sells cheap inflatable steel wheels.

**Q: What it the measurement between the base plate and the handle when in "cart" position? (Position of 3rd picture)**
A: About 31 inches

**Q: Can this go up stairs?**
A: You can back it up stairs when it is in Trolley configuration just like any other hand truck

Excellent cart, love that it will go flat and can be used as a cart. I wish the front fold out bar was about 6" taller. But it still works great and is very sturdy!!
