Review: Good compression, accurate sizing, and helped with my injury - I bought these knee braces after dealing with a knee injury for about 3 weeks. I got them and I only used one on my right knee and I felt a big difference in support. The compression helped to reduce swelling in my knee cap area while I was wearing it. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I did notice it would bunch up a little in the middle where my knees bent, but it was easy to smooth out. One thing I liked is that they did not slide down. I measured my leg 4 inches up and was an 18.5". I bought a size large and it was snug but comfortable. I felt minimal irritation from the rubber used to keep it in place at the top of the brace, but it was not constant, just every now and again it would pull on my leg hair. These are not very bulky at all, I wore the one under my work slacks and they were unnoticeable. Breathability is ok, I never felt like they were too warm, but they did make my knee sweat while outdoors on a walk. (I live in South Florida where it is very humid, so I didn't mind it at all). Overall, the material seems to be of great quality, especially for the price for two of them compared to other brands. I have never had a knee brace before, so I have nothing to compare with the quality of other knee braces, but I would definitely recommend these.

A: Keep in mind that these knee sleeves work by compression and using them results in less pain and swelling during and after performance. In order for you to get the accurate size, measure the circumference of your thigh 4” (10 cm) above the center of your knee cap. Next, refer to the size chart given below: SIZE CHART:S: 14.5’’ – 17’’M: 17’’ – 19.5’’L: 19.5’’ – 21.5’’ If your thigh measures between 17’’ to 19.5’’, you should order the medium-size (M) for best results. However, if your thigh measures 19" and you want a looser-fit, you could order the large-size (L). A: Thank you for asking the question. I'd suggest you try XL, L size is too small. If you can measure his thigh size, then it's easier to get the right size. To get the accurate size, measure the circumference of your thigh 4” (10 cm) above the center of your knee cap and refer to the size chart beside. If his thigh size is between 20.5" to 23", please get XL. If it's between 19" to 20.5", please try L. **Q: Can these be machine washed?**
A: Thank you for asking the question. The washing instruction states that the knee brace needs to be washed by hand. If you have to machine wash the Cambivo NS10 knee braces, please wash with cold water and avoid adding any fabric softener.

**Q: Would you put the brace on before or after the activity**
A: I run 5 miles every morning, i used them during my run. its all about prevention, once i finish my run, i feel no pain or discomfort during and after my run. I like the feel of this product during my activity. I had a Meniscus issue, ice and rest for two weeks. didn't run for a month, That is why i wear the Cambivo Knee Braces now.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and Effective

Many reviews say these run small, but the sizing around the thigh is perfect. However, I don't find there's much compression in the knee area. I ordered a small so I can't exchange for anything tighter, and I admit I haven't worn the sleeve for an extended time. It is comfortable; I just hope it's tight enough to stabilize my knee joint. Other than that, this seems to be a quality product.
