## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do you need to mix this with another product**
A: Can mix with any brand of 40% 12 volume cream peroxide

**Q: Is this the same as the kollesten 9/81 grey**
A: No.

**Q: Will this help darkken my hair from a bleached white blonde to a warmer shade?**
A: Yes num 12/0 is a natural light blonde, it is not as harsh as bleached blonde if you are thinking of changing to a darker more natural looking blonde, i went from bleached blonde to this colour & have found the condition of my hair has improved , also when my roots need a regrowth application i have found they are not as noticeable with this colour

**Q: How many tubes would I need for long hair, lower spine length**
A: I would use two, depending of thickness of your hair. Mine is thick so i use two to make sure i get full coverage and saturation. Good luck!
