Upon receiving the ornament I was very happy with the quality, it was beautifully crafted and worth the price. However, this item was very delayed. I completely understand that this is a very busy time of year when it comes to anything mail related. Though when I e-mailed the seller they couldn't tell me anything about the status of my item and basically told me that I needed to be patient and understand that because of COVID everyone is working extra hard to get everyone their packages on time. Then the seller went on to saying that my item should arrive eventually, and that it was too early to tell if it was lost in the mail or not. As well as, that if I hadn't received this item within a MONTH that I could get a full refund or replacement. Literally the next day the ornament was delivered. The whole encounter with the seller made no sense and I thought it was strange that they replied with this whole long e-mail and they couldn't give me any status on the item when Amazon themselves were telling me my item was lost and I could receive a full refund or replacement. As I previously said, the product itself being the wood block ornament was completely perfect and everything I wanted and more. For that reason I would recommend, though still kind of confused by whole encounter with the seller and for that reason I probably wouldn't buy from them again.
