My dough always is too soft.** A: I use a shortbread (3 ingredient) on Pinterest. Make a disc and wrap in Saran in refrigerator for 10 minutes. I also refrigerate for 10 minutes before baking to keep shapes sharp. Great products! Use powdered sugar instead of flour when rolling. **Q: Do the cookies release easily or do they stick?** A: Yes. I refrigerated my dough for 15 minutes first. I also roll it in confectioners sugar and dip the press molds in it as well. Great product! **Q: Can you use the stamp as a mold?
