The old pump has a small neck that interchanges with classic bottles and nipples. The new pump uses the wide Lansinoh momma bottle with the natural wave nipple. This new pump can work with any of the Lansinoh momma bottles with natural wave nipple, which happen to be really good bottles. The old pump does not use the Lansinoh momma bottle with natural wave nipple.
