**Q: Can this device recieve bbc stations via wifi/interent  connection? i am abroad and have no dab connection to uk.**
A: I think there's confusion because different models are for sale from this one page, but as far as I can see, the IR models are "internet radios" and so if you have wifi you can connect this radio wirelessly and access hundreds of radio stations from around the world. No DAB or FM required.

**Q: how to do hard reset when radio is locked to 'PC" on display ?? unplugging and re starting will not shift it !**
A: Reset your radio
Resetting your radio removes all presets, clears the station list and resets all options to defaults.
1. Press and hold the Menu button for three seconds to access the maintenance menu.
2. Rotate the dial to choose ‘Factory Reset’ and push the dial to confi rm the reset.

Decent bit of kit with good sound. Always showing the wrong time though even though it’s set to the right time zone. No matter how many times I manually change it, it always goes back

I was massively disappointed with this and have gone back to using my old alarm clock. It is terribly hard to set up and use, you have to hold it with two hands to use the controls, it doesn't dim (I had to drape it in a cloth at night), the sound is very thin and with Internet radio you don't see the track being played. I have run out of time to send it back so am out of pocket, but I will be passing this on to a charity shop.
