**Q: Hi, I was just wondering if these are adjustable?**
A: No, not adjustable, just stretchy.

**Q: Will a size small be okay for a very petite 12 year old?**
A: The medium fit me and I am an older petite lady but I am overweight by around 20 lbs.  I wear a size 8 pant.  It works great and you might have to make it a little smaller but that would be easy.

**Q: What is the width of the band?**
A: When laid flat the band is five and one half inches.

**Q: What size would be need for a 36inch waist?**
A: I have a 32 inch waist. I use the medium hipster. Hope this helps.
