I'm at a 8 currently and had had acrylic tapers previously. If you use a lot of oil on your stretched piercings and tend to roll around a lot while you're sleeping the tunnels might fall out but there arent many plugs I dont have that issue with other than earskins. Other than that no issues. High quality metal. There are even notches for the O rings to fall into on the tunnels. Great price and nicer than the other 3 taper sets I've used (keep letting my ears shrink and either losing or giving away my tapers) There's no irritation from these.
