They are so comfortable to wear and I have no worries with these, if you have a very heavy flow I can't speak on that but for me these are the best thing I've ever tried. But overall,really good product. ### ⭐ A trip to A&E needed to remove the tampon *by J***S on 31 December 2015* I wouldn't recommend these tampons unless you have long muscley fingers. I tried to take it out, my husband tried to take it out (very embarrassing) and eventually after 36hrs of trying I went to A&E. A female doctor had trouble getting it out with all the apparatus at her disposal, (very very embarrassing).
