The paper is a thicker quality and super white. The pages offer a lot of space for writing. the spiral binding is good because you can fold it completely to the back and still lay the notebook flat. The front and back covers are very sturdy and create a stable writing area. Both covers offer a pocket for storing notes or business cards, etc. There is a loop on the back cover for your pen and a band to keep the entire notebook closed and private. Each page is lined and has a place for the date, day and memo line. The front cover has a nice picture on it which gives the entire notebook a very elegant appearance. I also has a lot of pages.
