**Q: The specs at the jbl website say this can be handsfree speaker phone but its not.  am i missing something?**
A: The speaker only plays music . Does not work on phone .

**Q: Can I use a power cord with this speaker if the battery was low and still listen to music?**
A: In my experience this speaker will not work while plugged in if the battery is already low.

**Q: Sound seems to only come from the front right side of the speaker. Is this normal?**

"...it’s possible to set-up two JBL Charge 4s as a pair of stereo speakers, each playing a mono left and right channel, in order to create a wide stereo soundstage. 

Obviously, the Charge 4 plays in stereo on its own, thanks to a pair of regular speakers and two passive radiators that amplify the bass, but the size small, approximate 11-inch length of the speaker means you’re not going to get very great stereo separation or a convincing soundstage."
