**Q: Is there 16mm**
A: Yes Iv'e seen them, but they are expensive. It can be cheaper to get the set.

**Q: I would like to contact a customer service Representative, or manufacturer. Can I have a point of contact and phone number?**
A: I had to look up who they were, and through extensive searches I found them but lost the info. I just like the tools mainly.

**Q: Is there 25mm?**
A: There is not a 25mm, no. There is a 24mm then sizing skips to 27mm.

**Q: does the open end ratchet?**
A: the open end is fixed. What makes this unique is the open end is 12 point, with a special plate size like a 6 point so the fasteners will not pass though the open end space. You can set a nut in it, reach in somewhere to start it and endless other uber awesomeness.
