The little fibers don't get much use because of this, but I just wear them backwards and it's never bothered me. The silicone is slippery if you're holding glass or porcelain, but otherwise doesn't slip for me on metal, plastic or wood. If you're wanting to wash dishes and have a lot of glass you're worried about breaking, silicone in general is going to be a little slippery.I like these so far, it's been about a month. They're durable as heck (thus far), and I decided to try silicone because the Mamisan dishwashing gloves started getting sticky in the fingers after about six months, and I wanted something that I wouldn't throw in the landfill twice a year.
