Thank you for your query, we would like to bring to your notice few factual numbers which will help us resolve the query better.
All Major guidelines for Nutrition in Kidney Care recommend 2000 mg - 2500 mg / day ( 2 g - 2.5g/d) potassium in CKD ( Chronic Kidney Disease).
Penta Sure DLS offers 25mg ( 0.025 g) potassium per scoop.
Even 8 scoops recommended serving per day provides 200 mg ( 0.2 g) which is less than 1/10th of daily recommendation.

I hope this helps you to take an informed decision that Penta Sure DLS is low in potassium and safe for dialysis patients, with added benefits of being low in sodium and phosphorus which are important to be considered for dialysis patients.
