Three cameras were mounted indoors, and one camera was mounted under the eave of the roof outdoors, where it couldn't get rained on. After 48 hours of use, the outdoor camera stopped working. Luckily, I had purchased 4 additional Zosi cameras separately, so I was quickly able to determine that it was the Wisenet camera that failed, and not the wiring or DVR.The DVR was relatively simple to connect and setup with the remote-viewing capabilities, but I should point out that I have experience with the app and DVR from an installation in a different home. (That installation did not use Wisenet cameras.)Amazon is sending me a replacement surveillance system to exchange with, but this is a hassle I didn't want to deal with.
