THE POT ALSO CRACKED 2 MONTHS AGO AND YOU CANNOT GET A REPLACEMENT. NOT SURE IF ITS WORTH THE INVESTMENT THOUGH WE PAID ONLY 1000 IN A SALE. Its a great compact product but after several months of use, the plate is stained despite regular cleaning and use. For best usage, remove the carafe immediately after your coffee is made and then use microwave to reheat as needed. Its a bit cumbersome, but leaving it on the plate and using the "drip free feature" stains and burns the plate.
